Inspired by the chiaroscuro essence of Pinot Noir – black shell, golden heart – The House of Pinot Noir concept celebrated this exceptional grape variety. The scenography, created in 30-year-old charred oak by our workshop, echoes the character of the grape variety. The experience culminated in a dinner of food and wine pairings by 2-star chef and green star Bruno Verjus, featuring rare ingredients from small producers who grow their produce with respect for nature and the cycle of the seasons.
