The hosting provider ensures service continuity 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt hosting services for maintenance, infrastructure improvement, infrastructure failure, or abnormal traffic.
wmhproject.fr and the hosting provider cannot be held liable for malfunctions of the Internet network or equipment preventing access to the server.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INFRINGEMENT
WMH Project owns the intellectual property rights and holds usage rights over all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds.
